This is the privacy policy for Anti DSO, the website at antidso.org. It explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to contact us about your data.
Who we are
Anti DSO operates antidso.org, a marketing site for independent dental practices. You can reach us at hi@antidso.org.
What we collect
We only collect information you actively send us through the booking form at /book-a-call. Specifically:
- Practice information: practice name, city and state, practice type, primary specialty, approximate annual collections (range)
- Marketing context: the challenges you face (multi-select), and any free-text description of your current marketing situation
- Contact information: first name, last name, work email, phone number (optional), and your role at the practice (optional)
We do not track, log, or store information about visitors who don't submit the form. We don't use analytics cookies, behavioral tracking, advertising pixels, or session recording.
How we use your information
We use the form data to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Prepare the market analysis you've requested
- Contact you (by email, or by phone if you provided one) to follow up
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
How your data is processed
When you submit the booking form, your data passes through these third-party services:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) processes the form submission and emails it to us
- Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail addressed to hi@antidso.org to our actual inbox
- Our email provider stores the message
Each of these services has its own privacy practices governed by their respective policies.
How long we keep your data
We retain submitted form data in our email inbox while we have an active conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterward as part of normal business records. We don't operate a database — your information lives in email and the Web3Forms submission log.
Your rights
You can email hi@antidso.org at any time to:
- Request a copy of any data we have about you
- Request that we delete your data
- Ask us to stop contacting you
- Ask any question about this policy
We'll respond within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set tracking cookies. The only cookies you may encounter are operational cookies set by Cloudflare for security and bot protection, and any cookies set by the embedded Substack newsletter form on the homepage (covered by Substack's own privacy policy).
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Substantive changes that affect how we handle your data will also be noted in our communications with you.
